At Table Feet, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read the details below to understand how our shipping process works.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times depend on your location and courier service:

  • QLD & NSW Metro: 2–4 business days

  • VIC, SA & Regional Areas: 3–7 business days

  • WA, TAS & NT: 5–10 business days

Please note these are estimates only — courier delays can occasionally occur beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and delivery location.
We do not charge handling fees — you’ll only pay what it costs to ship.

Click & Collect (if applicable)

Local pickup may be available from our warehouse. If you’d like to collect your order, please contact us before checkout to confirm.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your parcel arrives damaged or items are missing, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@tablefeet.com
Include your order number, photos of the packaging, and the damaged item so we can resolve it quickly.

International Shipping

At this stage, we only ship within Australia. If you’d like to order internationally, please contact us to discuss possible options.

Delivery Issues

Table Feet is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information, missed deliveries, or issues outside our control once the parcel has been lodged with the courier.
