Refund & Returns Policy

At Table Feet, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We take great care in packaging and checking all orders before dispatch, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [insert email] with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Once approved, we’ll arrange a refund or replacement at no cost to you.

Incorrect Size or Change of Mind

If you’ve ordered the wrong size or product, you’re welcome to return it within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please note:

  • Return postage is at the customer’s expense.

  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in saleable condition.

  • Once received and inspected, we’ll process an exchange or refund, minus any price difference or shipping fees.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

How to Lodge a Return

To request a return, please email info@tablefeet.com with:

  • Your full name and order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if damaged/faulty)
